If you need things done the right way, you hire professionals. When I met with Greg Thompson, my wife was sitting with me she is still getting a hold of good English, but she did not need a lot of to see the quality of people that had come thru our front door. He was patient and ready to listen, not all ways or every body wants to sell their home, and they listened first, not just eager or in a rush to list another house. He first walked the house and pointed out what needed to be done to be able to sell the house, every aspect was looked at from minor things to more impactful, they offered to do it all or allow me to do it if I had another way to get it done.
