Write a strategic offer on your behalf and submit it in a timely manner.
Clients will have the opportunity to determine the condition of the home during the due diligence period:
Provide a list of reputable list home inspectors
Review the home inspection with you.
Provide a list of inspectors that deal with specific issues based on the home inspection report.
Write an amendment to address concerns on your behalf or ask for financial compensation.
Recommend an insurance broker to help understand the cost and coverages available.
Recommend a Home Warranty Company.
Recommend preferred closing attorneys to protect you and get your new home closed.
Set up and attend the final walk through.
Attend the closing and celebrate you having the keys to your new home.
